Dr. Finley received advanced clinical training in laser vision correction back in 1994 in Toronto, Canada, before it was even available in the United States. He's been actively involved with laser vision correction since, and has worked with thousands of patients advising and educating them about laser correction, as well as performing pre and post operative examinations. Dr. Finley is an Advisory Board Member for TLC Laser Eye Centers, and has served since 1997.
Dr. Finley and his staff pride themselves on fully educating their patients on all of their vision care options, whether it be eyeglasses, contact lenses, laser vision correction, eye exercises or any combination of the above. In today's competitive marketplace, patients need to have a caveat emptor (let the buyer beware) attitude concerning laser vision correction. It is eye surgery, and there are lots of significant differences between laser centers, laser machines and other associated instrumentation and equipment used, laser surgeons and their experience and techniques, etc.
